Young Educators Forum

The founder and president of the Young Educators Forum, Oyem Israel needed someone to help him design the website for the forum that would be going live in a few weeks and he reached out to me to help him out with it. Knowing what a website of this nature would need, I quickly went to work on the design immediately after getting all brand information and assets from him.

The website focuses on two things: community, and storytelling. I opted for a sleek modern layout to explain the brand and it's mission without stressing the user. The hero text reads, "A generation of educators with integrity and purpose" as is the core message of the brand - to revolutionize the way teaching/educating is done. Also to add a touch of the human factor to this site, I included images of the team leads as well as short bios about each of them to connect them better to their audience.

I employed the brand colours in different creative ways: I used different shades of blue for the base background and yellow for the main CTA while and I included a touch of red in certain sections to add a sense of urgency. Overall, the website was built to ensure YEF's message is passed across.
